摘　　要：结合管道储运行业的特点及近年来管理区域、管理难度不断扩大的状况,从控制要害环节、提升应急处理能力、持续改进等多个关键环节出发,深化HSE体系管理,达到体系的良性运行。The establishment of HSEMS is not the ultimate goal,yet the benign and stable operation is the fundamentality for the system. Combining the characteristics of pipeline storage and transportation,this paper introduces the specific practices from eight key links so that HSEMS may develop in a direction of spiral rise with continuous innovation.
