油气管道施工过程中硫化铁粉自燃的控制

摘　　要：针对西南油气田分公司输气管理处威青线三四类地区改造工程,越溪站停气连头工程中遇到的硫化铁粉自燃情况进行分析,找出在施工过程和置换过程中硫化铁粉自燃的内因、外因及不同点。提出了硫化铁粉在发生自燃后应该采取的控制措施和为防止硫化铁粉自燃,达到施工安全受控的现场安全管理方法和措施。This paper analyses the self-ignition of FeS Powder in the gas block and pipeline connection engineering of Yuexi Station which locates at the Weiqing Line. The project is a revamping engineering constructed by Gas Transmission Management Department of CNPC Southwest Oil&Gas Field Branch. It finds out the internal and external causes and different points for FeS Powder's self-ignition in the course of construction and replacement. The paper also presents control measures to be taken after the self-ignition of FeS. Meanwhile,it brings forward methods and measures for safety management of construction site to prevent the self-ignition of FeS.
