摘 要:从甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)本体聚合的基元反应和扩散控制特征出发,考虑笼闭效应、凝胶效应和玻璃化效应对聚合速率常数和物性常数的影响,在物料衡算的基础上建立适用于单一、复合引发剂引发的聚合速率和相对分子质量模型;模型考虑了MMA本体聚合中的体积收缩,在模型中引入体积变量。模型计算和实验结果比较表明仿真值与实验值吻合较好。From the elementary reaction and diffusion control of the Methyl methacrylate(MMA),the polymerization conversion and molecular weight models for MMA bulk polymerization are proposed,considering the influences of cage,gel and glass effects on the rate constants and physical properties.The volume shrinkage during the polymerization was also considered and a new volume variable was brought into the models.The proposed models are applicable for polymerization system initiated by an individual and composite initiator.The effects initiator concentration and composition,temperature on the kinetics and molecular weight of polymer were simulated and compared with the experimental data,with good fitness.
