老年糖尿病周围神经病变与维生素B_6的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病(DM)周围神经病变(diabetic periphera lneuropathy,DPN)与维生素B6(VB6)的关系及部分相关危险因素。方法将87例老年DM患者按是否合并周围神经病变分为DPN组和DM组,分析2组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、VB6等指标的差异。结果 DPN组VB6水平低于DM组(P<0.05),且2组间FPG和TC也存在一定差异(P<0.05),而2hPG、TG、HbA1c在2组间无差异(P>0.05)。结论 DPN的发生与VB6有关,并与血糖、TC存在一定关联。Objective To investigate the relationship between vitamin B6（VB6） and diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN） in elderly patients and to explore relative risk factors of DPN. Methods Eighty-seven elderly patients with diabetic mellitus （DM） were divided into DPN group and DM group according to whether presenting with peripheral neuropathy. The differences in the levels of fasting plasma glucose （FPG）,2-hour posteprandial blood glucose （2hPG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c）, total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）, VB6 between two groups were analyzed. Results The level of VB6 in DPN group was lower than that in DM group（P0.05）,and the levels of FPG and TC were significantly different between the two groups （P0.05）,while the levels of 2hPG,TG,HbA1c showed no difference between the two groups （P0.05）. Conclusions The occurance of DPN might be related to VB6, and might be related to blood glucose and lipid.
