摘　　要：基于区域创新能力评价框架,采用层次分析法,构建苏州市创新能力的多层次评价指标体系;利用ExpertChoice软件,确定指标体系的权重;收集苏州市2004-2007年的统计数据,从创新投入、创新产出、企业创新、环境创新4个维度,综合、动态地评价苏州市的创新能力。Based on the framework of regional innovation capability evaluation,this paper established a multiple-levels evaluation system for Suzhou＇s innovation capability,using Analytical Hierarchy Process.Then,the weight of indices system is decided by the software of Expert Choice.At last,the paper has estimated comprehensively and dynamically the whole innovation capability of Suzhou from four aspects of innovative input,innovative output,enterprise innovation and innovative environment based on the statistical datas from 2004to 2007.
