摘 要:利用电子活化再生原子转移自由基聚合(AGET-ATRP)法,在Tween-80乳化体系下合成了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)-co-丙烯酸丁酯(BA)-co-丙烯酸六氟丁酯(HFBA)的三元共聚物;通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、红外光谱(FT-IR)及核磁共振(1H-NMR)谱表征了共聚物分子量和结构组成,并进行了动力学研究。发现在75℃,以EBiB/CuBr2/AsAc为催化还原体系可以在水分散介质中实现P(MMA-co-BA-co-HFBA)的AGET-ATRP反应;且聚合过程可控、分子量分布较窄(PDI=1.27~1.47),含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物表现出较好的疏水疏油性能。The emulsion generated by electron transfer atom transfer radical polymerization (AGET-ATRP) of methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl laureate (BA) and 2,2,3,4,4,4-hexafluorobutylacrylate (HFBA) was carried out with ethyl 2-bromoisobutyrate (EBiB) as an initiator and CuBr2/2.2'-bipyridyl (bpy) as an catalyst system, and ascorbic acid used as reducing agents in emulsion. The molecular weight and structure composition of the copolymer were characterized by gel permeation in chromatography(GPC), Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(lH-NMR) techniques, and researched by dynamics. The research shows that below 75 ℃, EBiB/CuBr2/AsAc catalysis deoxidization system can effectively control emulsion AGET-ATRP reaction of (MMA-CO-BA-co-HFBA). Target product accord with the AGET-ATRP mechanism, molecular structure of synthesized copolymer and process of polymerization can be controlled, distribution of molecular weight is narrow (PDI = 1.27-1.47). The excellent water and oil repellency of the copolymer film without coemulsifiers influence were preserved while the amount of fluorinated compounds required in the polymer is reduced considerably.
