摘 要:三聚氰胺甲醛-聚乙烯醇(MF-PVA)纤维是以三聚氰胺、甲醛以及聚乙烯醇水溶液反应制得纺丝原液,采用湿法纺丝制备的MF-PVA纤维。探讨了不同pH值的饱和硫酸钠凝固浴对该纤维的组成变化、形态结构及阻燃性能的影响。氮含量测定及红外光谱分析均证明了MF树脂的溶出量随着凝固浴酸性的增加而增加,造成纤维的表面与横截面粗糙程度越来越大,但极限氧指数(LOI)却越来越高。在酸性一浴法中,凝固浴pH值为3时,其氮流失量高达50%以上,LOI可达37。Melamine formaldehyde-polyvinyl alcohol (MF-PVA) fiber was ,prepared via wet spinning process, using the blend solution concluded melamine (MA), formaldehyde (F), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and water as spinning solution. In this article, we discussed the effects of the saturated sodium sulfate coagulation bath on the composition, morphology, and flame retardant properties of the MF'-PVA fiber by the metods of Kjeldahl method, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and limiting oxygen index. The results show that both the nitrogen content test and infrared spectrum (IR) prove the quantity of MF resin reduced while the limiting oxygen index (LOI) value of the MF-PVA fiber samples increases as the pH value of coagulation bath decreases. At the same time, the surface and cross-section of the MF-PVA fiber become rougher and rougher appeared in the SEM photos. When the pH value of the coagulation bath is 3, the nitrogen loss and the LOI value of the MF-PVA fiber is respectively 50 % and 37.
