摘　　要：毽球运动中的拦网技术既是防守技术,也是得分手段。通过文献资料法、观察法、逻辑分析法对毽球的栏网技术进行深度剖析,并进一步对拦网技术的分类和练习方法作了详细的阐述,提出应加大对拦网技术及相关战术的研究力度,并形成一套相关的训练体系。The blocking technique of shuttlecock is not only a defence technique,but also a scoring means.The blocking technique of shuttlecock is analyzed deeply in this paper by using the methods of literature summary,observation and logical analysis.The classification and training methods of the blocking technique are further elaborated in detail.It was proposed to increase the research dynamic and form a set of related training systems.
