摘 要:采用溶液浇铸法制备具不同分子量的聚谷氨酸苄酯/聚乙二醇(PBLG/PEG)两亲嵌段共聚物膜。利用大角X射线衍射、透射电镜研究其聚集态结构,利用力学试验机分析其力学性能。结果表明,共聚物的X射线衍射图谱与PBLG均聚物的类似,PBLG嵌段以α-螺旋构型存在,并形成六棱柱晶体。共聚物呈微相分离结构,两嵌段形成的微区的大小和形态与两嵌段的含量有关。PEG嵌段的引入降低了材料的拉伸强度、提高了其断裂伸长率。The membranes of amphiphilic block copolymer composed of poly (7-benzyl L-glutamate) as hydrophobic block and poly(ethylene glycol) as hydrophilic block (PBLG/PEG) with different molecular weight were prepared via casting from solvents. The aggregation structure was characterized by wide-angle X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy, and mechanical properties were measured by mechanics testometric. It is found that, the wide-angle X-ray diffraction patterns for the block copolymer is similar to the patterns for the homopolymer, and PBLG block exists in a-helical conformation and has a crystallization structure of hexagonal packing of cylinders. The block copolymer undergoes microphase separation, and whose size and morphology depend on the content of block in copolymer. The introduction of PEG decreases the tensile strength, but increases the breaking elongation rate.
