当今世界女子跳马动作的编排特征与趋向——第41届世界体操锦标赛分析  

Arrangement Characteristics and Trends on Women Vaulting Horse Movement of the World——By analyzing the 41st World Gymnastics Championship

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、录像观察及统计等方法,系统分析了世界女子跳马两跳动作的编排特征与趋向。发现:2009年新规则下的世界女子跳马动作的编排与发展,将主要集中在第2、第4和第5三个动作组的高价值动作上。其中,以"向后推撑"并具有"5.8分以上"D分价值的第4组动作,分别结合"向前推撑"且具有"5.6分以上"D分价值的第5组、或第2组动作,是当今世界优秀跳马女选手搭配两跳动作类型所选择的主要倾向特征;完成"向前"和"向后"不同"推撑方向"上的两个"6.5分以上"的高价值动作,将是顶尖优秀选手发展的重点;而强化落地的"准确性"和"稳定性",还将是众多优秀女选手倍加重视的问题。The methods of literature,video recording observation and statistical analysis ect.,were used to systematically research arrangement characteristics and trends on Two Jumps of the world women vaulting horse movement.We found that world women vaulting horse movement arrangement and development would concentrate mainly in 2nd,4th and 5th three movement group＇s high value movement,under new rules in 2009.＂To boosts the brace＂ and ＂above 5.8 points＂ the D point value 4th group of movement,unifies separately ＂pushes the brace forward＂,and having ＂above 5.6 points＂ the D point value 5th group,or the 2nd group of movement,is the the main trend characteristic which the movement type is chosen by outstanding world women vaulting horse atheletes;on the other hand,completes ＂forwards＂ and different ＂pushes ＂backward＂ supports the direction＂ on two ＂above 6.5 points＂ the high value movement,will be the key point developed by the apex excellent players;and also,strengthening the landing ＂the accuracy＂ and ＂the stability＂,will also be the question which a large number of outstanding atheletes take seriously.
