不同中药补剂对耐力运动项目不同阶段运动疲劳恢复的实验研究

摘  要:目的:针对耐力运动项目不同阶段下选用不同的中药补剂进行实验研究,以期找出耐力运动项目具有针对性的中药补剂来更好的消除疲劳。方法:将研究对象分为对照组和实验组,进行为期四周,每天5000m的训练,对照组训练期、比赛期、赛后期每次训练完毕口服300ml六味地黄汤;实验组训练期每天口服300ml六味地黄汤,比赛前10天和比赛期间每天口服300ml益寿回春汤,赛后10天每天口服300ml补脾益气汤。分别对对照组、实验组训练期结束、比赛期结束、赛后十天进行肘静脉抽血和指端采血。结论:耐力运动项目的不同阶段分别采用六味地黄汤、益寿回春汤、补脾益肾汤运动补剂对运动疲劳恢复的效果明显好于单纯采用六味地黄汤运动补剂的效果。Objective: We used different Chinese tonic to carry out experimental research for endurance sports in different stages for finding best way to reduce fatigue.Methods: We divided the research objects into control group and experimental group to carry out four weeks,5000 meters per day.The control group had drunk 300ml Liu wei di huang soup everyday in training stage,the competition stage,after stage.The experimental group had drunk 300ml Liu wei di huang soup everyday in training stage,300ml Yishou huichun soup everyday in competition stage,300ml Bupi yishen soup everyday in after stage.We had blooded the elbow vein and fingertip after training stage,the competition stage and after stage separately.Conclusion: The effects of using Liuwei dihuang soup,Yishou huichun soup and Bupi yishen soup separately in training,competition and after stage of endurance sports are better than of using Liuwei dihuang soup simply.
