摘　　要：在高沸点溶剂存在下，吲哚和己内酯在碱催化条件下直接反应，一步合成了３－吲哚己酸，收率５２．８％，吲哚的回收率３１％。该方法操作简单，成本低，溶剂可循环使用。A simple one step synthesis for the preparation of 3-indolecaproic acid is described which involves the direct base catalyzed reaction of caprolactone with indole in the presence of high boiling point solvent. The yield is 52.8%, the recovery of indole is 31%. The process is simplicity of operator, low cost and recycled solvent.
