摘  要:以小型管式炉模拟煤燃烧过程,采用电感耦合等离子-质谱法(ICP-MS)分析测定煤燃烧过程中气相、颗粒相及底渣中溴和碘的含量,考察了燃烧温度、燃烧气氛对溴、碘释放的影响以及溴、碘的释放行为。结果表明:溴、碘的释放程度随燃烧温度升高而增加,随燃烧气氛中氧气浓度的增加而降低。在实验条件下,碘几乎全部分布于气相中;溴主要分布在气相和颗粒相,在底渣中也有分布;固体添加剂可以在燃烧过程中对溴和碘进行有效捕捉。A sampling and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) analysis procedure was described for determining bromine and iodine concentrations of vapor-phase, particulate matter and residue in the simulative combustion in a small stove. The effects of the combustion temperature and combustion atmosphere on the release of bromine and iodine were investigated. Experimental results showed that the release of bromine and iodine increased with an increase of temperature, decreased with the increase of oxygen concentration. At the given experimental condition, iodine was observed almost entirely in the vapor phase, while bromine was observed dominantly in the vapor phase and particulate matter, as well as in residue, respectively. Solid additives could capture bromine and iodine effectively during coal combustion process.
