摘 要:采用ZnCl2化学活化法和水蒸气物理活化法制备了系列沥青基球形活性炭。研究了活化工艺对最终活化样品孔隙结构的影响;对比分析了在具有相近BET比表面积和总孔孔容时,两种活化方法对所制得样品孔径分布的影响。结果表明:在活化温度为500℃、ZnCl2与碳浸渍质量比为2∶1、活化时间为3 h时,ZnCl2活化样品具有最佳的BET比表面积,为961 m2/g。与传统的水蒸气物理活化法相比,ZnCl2化学活化法更有利于中孔结构的发展。A series of pitch-based spherical activated carbons (PSACs) were prepared by chemical activation with zinc chloride and physical activation with steam. The influence of activation process variables such as chemical ratio, activation temperature and holding time on the pore structure of PSACs was studied. The two series of PSACs with similar BET specific surface areas and total pore volume were also compared. The results show that PSAC with optimum BET specific surface areas (961 m^2/g) was obtained under the activation temperature of 500 ℃, ZnC12/carbon mass ratio of 2 : 1 and the holding time of 3 h. Compared with the conventional steam activation, ZnCl2 chemical activation is more propitious to create mesopore structure.
