次声对豚鼠心功能影响的研究

摘  要:目的研究8Hz/120dB、16Hz/120dB次声间断暴露下对豚鼠心功能的影响。方法将72只豚鼠分为对照组及8Hz/120dB、16Hz/120dB2个次声实验组,每个实验组按暴露天数不同各设4个亚组:1d组、7d组、14d组、21d组,每亚组8只豚鼠。暴露后应用超声检测21项心功能指标,并观察心肺组织病理改变。结果 8Hz/120dB实验组与对照组比较各项心功能指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。16Hz/120dB实验组左心室舒张期末内径(LVEDd)、左心室舒张期末容积(LVEDV)、左室射血分值(LVEF)、小轴缩短率(FS)、肺动脉瓣流速(PV)较对照组显著下降(P<0.05),且均在第1d至第7d时显著降低(P<0.05),第14d后恢复(P>0.05);右心室Tei指数(RV-Tei)在第7d较对照组显著上升(P<0.05),第14d恢复(P>0.05)。16Hz实验组较8Hz实验组心肺病理损害明显。结论次声对豚鼠心功能及心肺的病理损害频率在16Hz较8Hz明显;次声对豚鼠心功能损害随时间出现动态变化;LVEDd、LVEDV、LVEF、FS、PV、RV-Tei可做为该暴露条件下心功能损害的评价指标。Objective To study cardiac damage in guinea pigs under the infrasound exposure of 8Hz/120dB、16Hz/120dB.Methods Seventy-two guinea pigs were divided into one un-exposure control group and two experimental groups,8Hz/120dB and 16Hz/120dB,with the four subgroups for each group,according to days of exposure respectively.Echocardiogram was monitored and measured,and pathology changes of heart and lung were observed under the microscope after exposure.Results ①There was no significant changes on index of heart function between 8Hz/120dB experimental group and the control group.② The indexes of cardiac function were decreased in 16Hz/120dB group than those in control group such as LVEDd(0.522±0.174 m/s /0.632±0.071 m/s,P〈0.05),LVEDV(0.456±0.247 m/s /0.602±0.190m/s,P〈0.05),LVEF(62.0±18.6% /76.2±7.6%,P〈0.05),FS%(28.9±14.1% /41.0±7.4%,P〈0.05),PV(0.899±0.228 m/s /1.188±0.190 m/s,P〈0.05);RV-Tei was increased in 16Hz/120dB group than that in control group(0.397±0.183 /0.216±0.023,P〈0.05).All these indexes decreased from the first day to the seventh day(P〈0.05),and recovered on the fourteenth day(P〈0.05).③The pathology impairment were more significant in 16Hz experimental group than in 8Hz experimental group.Conclusions ①The infrasound impairment on heart and lung pathology as well as the cardiac function of guinea pigs are more severe under exposure in 16Hz than in 8Hz.②The above impairment of cardiac function has a dynamic changes with the increase of exposure period.③ LVEDd、LVEDV、LVEF、FS% 、 RV-Tei、PV can be used as evaluating indexes of cardiac function impairment under the infrasound exposure.
