社区老年慢性病患者护理需求调查问卷的信度和效度评价

摘　　要：目的编制社区老年慢性病患者护理需求调查问卷,为了解和满足社区老年慢性病患者的护理需求提供测评工具。方法在文献分析、理论研究、专家咨询的基础上编制社区老年慢性病患者护理需求调查问卷,包括疾病护理与预防、健康促进2个维度;以187名出院老年慢性病患者作为调查对象,对问卷的效度和信度进行评价。结果社区老年慢性病患者护理需求调查问卷具有较好的内容效度（量表各条目与各领域得分之间的相关性P值均〈0.01,各领域得分与全量表总分之间的相关性P值均〈0.01）、结构效度（5个公因子的累计解释变异量为66.054%）和区分效度;量表2个维度（疾病护理与预防,健康促进）的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.800和0.891。结论该问卷具有较好的效度和信度,适用于社区或出院老年慢性病患者护理需求的调查。Objective To formulate a questionnaire on the nursing needs of discharged elderly patients with chronic diseases,so as to provide scientific evaluation tools for understanding and satisfying the nursing needs of the patients.Methods The questionnaire on nursing needs of elderly patients with chronic diseases in community was formulated based on literature reviews,theory research,experts consultation concerning two dimensions of disease nursing and prevention.Totally 187discharged elderly patients with chronic diseases were investigated to evaluate the validity and reliability of the questionnaire.Results The nursing needs questionnaire of discharged patients with chronic disease had favorable content validity（the correlation coefficient P values between scale scores in all areas and all entries0.01;the correlation coefficient P values between total scores in all areas and total scores of all entries0.01）,constructive validity（the contributing rate of cumulative sums of the 5common factors was 66.054%）and discrimination validity;The Cronbach＇sαcoefficients of two dimensions of the scale concerning disease nursing and prevention were 0.800and 0.891respectively.Conclusions The questionnaire has good validity and reliability,which is suitable for investigating the nursing needs in community or discharged elderly patients with chronic diseases.
