摘  要:预应力钢绞线用SWRH82B盘条拉拔过程中易断裂。对冶炼、连铸、轧制等过程进行分析,提出SWRH82B盘条的质量要求:碳质量分数波动小于0.03%,化学成分均匀,夹杂物为MnS,S iO2等可变形夹杂及少量铝酸盐,尺寸一般应小于30μm;对SWRH82B盘条用坯料进行检查、修磨和精整;连铸时严格控制钢的成分均匀性、钢水过热度、二次冷却等,采用结晶器和末端电磁搅拌以减轻碳偏析;盘条索氏体化率达到85%以上,控制盘条心部渗碳体和马氏体等异常组织。造成盘条拉拔断裂的原因主要有时效期短、断面收缩率低,表面结疤、增碳,盘条心部出现网状渗碳体和马氏体以及表面擦伤等。针对以上原因提出相应的改进措施,改进后盘条合格率大大提高。SWRH82B wire rod for pre-stressed steel strand fractured while drawing. The process of smelting, continuous casting and rolling was analyzed. Quality requirements of SWRH82B wire rod is put forth:carbon mass fraction fluctuation is less than 0. 03% ,chemical composition is uniform,inclusion is deformable such as MnS, SiO2 etc. ,and little aluminate, size should be less than 30 μm. Billet for SWRH82B wire rod was examined, ground and careful finishing, to control steel composition uniformity,liquid steel overheating degree, segrgation while continuous casting, sorbite ratio in wire rod reached over 85% ,abnormal microstructure such as wire rod central eementite and martensite was controlled. The main reason that causing wire rod drawing fracture are as follows : aging period is short, area reduction is low, scar, acieration occurs in the surface,network cementite and martensite occur in wire rod center and surface scratch etc, Improved measures were taken aiming at the corresponding reasons. Wire rod percentage of pass are raised greatly.
