摘　　要：针对近年来频发的食品安全问题,利用无线射频识别RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)技术、数据库技术,设计了加工中心监控管理系统,提出了一套在罐头食品企业加工中心利用RFID技术来实现追踪监控的解决方案.重点阐述了企业的工作流程、系统架构及数据库设计,分析了系统的优点和不足.In connection with frequently occurred food safety issue,machining center monitoring and management system was developed based on RFID（Radio Frequency Identification）and database technique. A solution of tracking and controlling canned food production was provided by means of RFID. The operation process of the enterprise,the system structure and design of the database were mainly analyzed. A rough review of strength and weakness of the system was also pointed out.
