摘 要:以环糊精作为透湿改性剂,以甲苯作为致孔剂,并添加少量的非离子表面活性剂OP-10,采用干法复合贴面工艺成型聚氨酯合成革。分别考察了3种化合物对聚氨酯合成革的透湿性能的影响。结果表明:环糊精能有效地提高了聚氨酯合成革透湿性;随着甲苯含量提高,合成革的透湿性能线性提高;OP-10能进一步提高合成革的透湿性能。原因是环糊精分子具有独特的杯状结构,杯底为疏水性,能够包容部分甲苯溶剂,在干法复合过程中,甲苯挥发造成合成革中留下环糊精的空穴,从而提高了合成革的透湿性能。Water vapor permeable polyurethane(PU) synthetic leather samples were prepared by dry laminating,with cyclodextrin as the water vapor permeable modifier and toluene as the porogen.In addition,a small amount of nonionic surfactant,OP-10,was added into the blend of PU resin and the modifiers.The effect of such 3 compounds on the water vapor permeability(WVP) for molecule PU leather was investigated.The results show that:cyclodextrin could improve the WVP for PU leather remarkably;while the toluene content increasing,the WVP for PU leather was increased linearly;addition of OP-10 can also improve the WVP for PU leather.It attributes to its unique structure of cyclodextrin,which is cup-like and toluene molecules can be hold in the hydrophobic cup.After the toluene was evaporated during drying laminating,voids formed by cyclodextrin are left,which is favorable for the improvement of WVP for PU leather.
