摘　　要：世界经济危机的大背景下,当前大学生就业形势越来越严峻。虽然政府接连出台了一系列优惠政策来缓解大学生就业压力,但效果不甚理想,很多大学生仍被拒之门外。如何行之有效地破解大学生就业难题,文章认为,大学生应该从铸就自身出发,把就业前夕或就业初期的心理角色转换提到前就业时代来完成,以强劲的行动来支撑心理转换。当代大学生应当做行动巨人。In the background of the global economic crisis, the current employment situation of the university students is more serious, although the government has successively promulgated a series of preferential policies to ease university student＇s employment pressure, but the result is not ideal. Many university students are still rejected in the pursuit of a satisfactory job. How to better solve the university student＇s employment problems . This article advocates that the university students should transfer the transformation of the psychological role which originally belongs to the early employment or the eve of the employment to that pre - employment age, with strong action supporting the psychological transformation. The current university students should do a great actor.
