广东省竞技游泳发展的SWOT分析

摘　　要：运用现代管理学的SWOT理论分析了广东省竞技游泳发展中的优劣势及威胁因素。指出目前广东省竞技游泳面临优势不明显、劣势逐渐加剧、威胁因素呈现多样化的局面。同时探讨了第16届亚运会举办给广东省竞技游泳发展带来的挑战和机遇,进而提出扩大优势,缩小劣势,把握机遇和化解威胁等若干对策。Using the SWOT theory of the modem management to analyse some advantages, disadvantages and threat factors in the development of competitive swimming in Guangdong Province. Nowadays, competitive swimming of Guangdong Province is facing advantages are not clear , disadvantages are increasing and threat factors present di- verse situation. Meanwhile, we discussed the 16th Asian games bring challenges and opportunities on the development of competitive swimming in Guangdong Province. Finally, we proposed some countermeasures which are expanding advantages, narrowing disadvantages, gasping the opportunity and dissolving threat.
