摘　　要：通过微机与示波器的联机通讯手段，获取被测电路的电流、电压的各瞬时值．以傅里叶变换为基础，对被测数据进行分析处理，并获得电路的功率因数．All instantaneous value of electric current and voltage of the tested electric circiut was been acquired by interconnect communication between a micrcomputer and digital storage oscilloscope. All tested value was been analysised , processed by The Fourier Transform ,so, the power factor of tested circuit was been acquired.A testing function of power factor in PM3350 Digital Storage Oscilloscope was developed.
