摘  要:小动物(尤其犬和猫)角膜损伤在兽医临床上十分常见。角膜损伤治疗不当或愈合延迟会导致视力障碍,甚至失明。研究表明,在角膜损伤的修复中细胞生长因子有成纤维细胞生长因子、表皮生长因子、转化生长因子-β、角质细胞生长因子、血小板衍生生长因子和神经生长因子等,起着重要的调节作用。这些细胞生长因子通过自分泌或旁分泌作用于角膜组织细胞相应受体,并经多种信号转导通路影响其下游产物的表达,调控角膜细胞的增殖、迁移、分化和凋亡。细胞生长因子及其受体在角膜组织各层的分布、数量和作用的时序性差异决定着损伤角膜的有效修复。体内及体外研究显示,细胞生长因子将在小动物临床上有广阔的应用前景。Corneal injuries of small animals(especially dogs and cats) are commonly seen in veterinary clinic.The inadequate treatment or delay of the corneal wound healing would result in sight barrier,even blindness.Studies show that cell growth factors,such as fibroblast growth factor,epidermal growth factor,transferring growth factor-β,keratinocyte growth factor,platelet-derived growth factor and nerve growth factor,play important regulating roles in the repair of corneal wound.These autocrine or paracrine cytokines act on their responding receptors,influence on the downstream product expression,and elicit the control of growth,migration,differentiation and apoptosis of corneal cells through various signaling transduction pathways.Discrepancy in the distribution,quantity and time-acting sequence of cell growth factors and their responding receptors involves in the effective repair of corneal wounds.In vitro and in vivo experiments indicate that cell growth factors have good perspective in small clinic practice.
