摘　　要：用针穿芽鞘培养法取代摇床培养法，进行植物生长素的测定，快速、准确。This essay introduces a new method of IAA bioassay.It is distinguished from any other method in that it is easy to obtain the equipment needed for the experiment,and it doesn’t require a special rotator,compared with the method of culturing coleoptile of triticum aestivum L.With the constant temperature shaker or shaking bed.This new method not only produces clear results and exact statistics, but also is convenient and time saving.
