摘　　要：对中国两性生殖卤虫１１个卤虫品系的卤虫卵的孵化特性进行了研究和评价．实验结果显示：１．各品系的孵化率的排序为ＭＤ＞ＣＤ＞ＧＮ＞ＹＣ＞ＳＱ＞ＣＨ＞ＮＨ＞ＢＹ＞ＨＪＱ＞ＳＢ＞ＮＬ，孵化率达７０％以上的品系占全部品系的３６．４％，超过６０％的孵化率的品系占全部品系的６３．６％；２．各品系的孵化效率的排序为ＭＤ＞ＧＮ＞ＣＤ＞ＹＣ＞ＳＯ＞ＣＨ＞ＢＹ＞ＨＪＱ＞ＮＨ＞ＳＢ＞ＮＬ，其中ＭＤ、ＧＮ、ＣＤ的卵径较小．３．各品系的孵化速率（Ｔｓ）的排序为ＧＮ＞ＳＱ＞ＭＤ＞ＹＣ＞ＨＪＱ＞ＮＨ＞ＮＬ、ＣＤ＞ＳＢ＞ＣＨ＞ＢＹ．说明ＧＮ、ＳＱ、ＭＤ等品系的整齐度较好．并提出了在选用卤虫时要根据养殖培育对象，正确测定卤虫卵三个孵化特性的建议。The hatching characteristics of 11 bise xual Artemia strains cysts from China ( A.sinica )were studied and estimat ed. The experimental results showed that :1.The sequence of hatching rate of different s trains was MD>CD>GN>YC>SQ>CH>BY>HJQ>NH>NL,the hatchin g rate of 36.4% strains in all of the bisexaul Artemia strains from China wa s o ver 70%,and the hatching rate of the rest 63.4% was more than 60%;2. The sequen ce of hatching efficiency of different strains was MD>GN>YC>SQ>CH>BY>HJQ>NH>SB>NL, and the diam eter s of cysts of MD,GN and CD strains were the smallest in all the A.sinica str ains;3. The sequence of hatching speed ( Ts ) of different strains was GN>S Q>MD >YC>HJQ>NH>NL,CD>SB>CH>BY, this revealed that hatching uniformity of GN,SQ,MD st rains was highly. It is important for different aquacultural animals raising to selecte different Artemia strains cysts, and determine hatching rate, hatching efficiency and hatching speed( T s ) precisely according to different aquacultural animals.
