摘　　要：宪政运行的成本主要包括立宪的成本和宪法实施的成本。考察立宪和宪法实施的成本有助于成本的宏观调控,以利于以最小的投入实现最大的效率。The economic cost of constitution running includes that of making the constitution and the implementation of it.It is helpful for controlling the cost macroscopically to examine the constitution and the cost of its running.Accordingly,we can operate correctly to achieve the maximum efficiency with the minimum cost.
