摘　　要：对目前工程项目节能方案、技术要求、管理办法和施工控制等主要问题进行了分析,阐述了节能建筑带来的经济效益和社会效益。The major problems of projects at present that the scheme of energy conservation,technical requirements,management methods and construction controlling are analysed.This paper expounds economic and social benefits that energy-saving building brings.
