高层带斜撑框架—剪力墙结构延性设计

摘  要:结合工程设计,分析了高层带斜撑框架—剪力墙结构的变形特点,导出了考虑边缘构件砼及钢筋作用的结构构件屈服强度和极限强度的计算公式,推导建立了用控制结构薄弱层层间变形方法确定框架柱截面尺寸和剪力墙合理数量的简化计算方法,并通过实际工程二次设计的变形控制与验算,考察了本文方法的合理性。结果表明:(1)当剪力墙(包括桁架)部分的位移接近两倍结构的总位移时,其框架部分的剪力沿高度基本上是均匀分布的。(2)如果在结构的斜撑中加人控铰来控制构件的屈服,则达到良好的抗震效果。(3)在结构弹性及弹塑性反应计算时,必须考虑边缘构件的影响。(4)层屈服强度是影响结构弹塑性层间变位的主要因素。Combined with a real engineering design,the paper analyes the deformation characteristic of reinforced concrete high-rise strut-supported frame-shear wall structure under earthquake and presents the calculation formula of structural elastoplastic parameters(such as: yield strength,ultimate strength),which are used whenever concrete and steel effect of edge components are taken into account and sets the simple method of fixing the rational number of shear walls and frame column size by controlling the displacement of structural weak storey.On the second phase of seismic design,with the deformation control and calculation of real engineering project,the advantage of the method is proved.The results show that: when the displacement of sheer wall(including the truss) is close to two times of the total displacement,the shear force of truss is uniformly distributed along the height;if some control hinges are added to control the component yield during the design of diagonal brace,good anti-seismic effects can be.achieved;when calculating the elastic or elastic-plastic response,effects of edge members should be considered;storey yield strength is the main factor which affects elastic-plastic storey drift in structure.
