自然疗养因子矿泉对特勤疗养人员心功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的疗养期间飞行员进行矿泉游泳和矿泉浴,观察心脏泵血、收缩功能的变化。方法15名现役飞行员随机分为3组,对照组完成正常疗养科目,矿泉游泳组和矿泉浴组在完成正常疗养科目的同时,矿泉游泳组每天进行矿泉游泳锻炼;矿泉浴组每天进行全身矿泉浴,2周后利用心电机械图法和阻抗法测量锻炼前后心脏的收缩功能与泵血功能。结果锻炼后,矿泉游泳组每搏量(SV)、心输出量(CO)、心指数(CI)有升高趋势;总外周阻力(TPR)有降低趋势;同时左室射血时间(LVET)、等容收缩时间(ICT)、等容收缩时间与左室射血时间比值(ICT/LVET)及射血分数(EF)有升高趋势;射血前期(PEP)和射血前期与左室射血时间比值(PEP/LVET)有降低趋势。矿泉浴组中ICT、ICT/LVET显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自然疗养因子矿泉游泳对心功能有一定的影响。Objective To observe the change of left ventricular pump and contract function in pilots after swimming and hot spring training.Methods Fifteen healthy male pilots were randomly divided into three groups：control group, mineral spring swimming group and mineral bath group.The control group was received routine recuperation, the mineral spring swimming group was received swimming training and the mineral bath group was received mineral bath.After two weeks training, the left ventricular pump and contract function were measured by machcardiogram and impedance method.Results After training in the mineral spring swimming group, the stroke volume（SV）, cardiac output（CO）and cardiac index（CI）had a tendency to increase, while total peripheral resistance（TPR）had a tendency to decrease;Left ventricular ejection time（LVET）, isovolumetric contraction time（ICT）,isovolumetric contraction time/left ventricular ejection time（ICT/LVET）and ejection fraction（EF）tended to be increased ,pre-ejection period（PEP）and pre-ejection period/left ventricular ejection time（PEP/LVET）tended to be decreased/In the mineral bath group,ICT and ICT/LVET were increased significantly （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Natural convalescent factors of mineral spring have certainly effect on cardiac function of pilots.
