糖尿病专病疗养模式的建立与疗养效果分析

摘　　要：目的通过开展糖尿病专病疗养,观察糖尿病疗养康复的效果,探索建立疗养工作的新模式。方法 186名部队糖尿病患者以团队的组织形式分批参加糖尿病专病疗养,以临床医护路径的模式开展工作,观察糖尿病专病疗养前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血清蛋白、血脂、血压、体重指数的变化。结果糖尿病专病疗养前后,空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血清蛋白、血脂、血压主要指标的改善效果明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病专病疗养能有效提高糖尿病疗养康复的效果。Objective To observe the effect of sanatory rehabilitation on diabetes and explore establishing a new recuperation mode through the special rehabilitation.Methods 186 military diabetics participated in special rehabilitation in the form of teams according to clinical medical and nursing path.The FPG, 2-h PG, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid, blood pressure and body mass index were observed before and after rehabilitation.Results After special rehabilitation,The FPG, 2-h PG, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid and blood pressure were improved significantly（P〈0.05）.Gonclusion Special rehabilitation can obviously improve the effect of sanatory rehabilitation on diabetes.
