摘  要:目的探讨体育运动、下体负压及二者联合锻炼对相关血液指标的影响,为发展旨在提高疗养飞行员抗荷耐力的专项抗荷生理训练方案提供实验依据。方法 24名健康男性志愿者,随机平均分为3组,即体育锻炼组(EX),下体负压训练组(LBNP)及体育锻炼联合下体负压训练组(EX+LBNP),每组8人。EX组每天进行1h下肢爆发力及肌静力训练,LBNP组每天于45°~75°头高位进行-50mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)下体负压训练,持续10min。EX+LBNP组训练内容为上述两组训练内容总和,训练为期两周。训练前后采静脉血检测血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb),肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK),血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN),睾酮(testosterone,T),皮质醇(cortisol,Cor)及T/C等血液参数的变化。结果①EX组Hb及Cor较锻炼前显著降低。②LBNP组CK较锻炼前显著降低。③EX+LBNP组Hb、BUN、Cor较锻炼前显著降低,T/C比值则显著升高。结论体育锻炼、下体负压训练及二者联合锻炼对血Hb、CK、BUN、T、Cor及T/C比值影响不一,但影响显著,体育锻炼联合下体负压训练可以作为提高疗养飞行员抗荷耐力的专项航空生理训练方案的备选方案。Objective To investigate the effects of physical exercise, lower body negative pressure and their combination on the blood indexes, and provide experiment basis for special anti-G physical training program which was designed to improve the capacity of the anti-G of pilots.Methods 24 healthy male volunteers were randomly divided into three groups, physical exercise group(EX), lower body negative pressure group(LBNP)and physical exercise combined with lower body negative pressure group(EX+LBNP), with 8 cases in each group.EX group carded out explosive force of lower extremity training and static strength of muscle exercise 1 h per day.LBNP group executed -50 mmHg lower body negative pressure training at 45°-75°head up position for 10min per day.EX +LBNP group performed all the contents of the training course in both groups.Blood biochemical indicators including hemoglobin, creatine kinase, blood urea nitrogen, testosterone, cortisol and T/C were determined before and two weeks after training. Results ①The level of hemoglobin(Hb)and cortisol(C)after training was significantly lower than that before training in the EX group(P〈0.05).②The level of creatine kinase(CK)after training was significantly lower than that before training in the LBNP group (P〈0.05).③The level of Hb ,BUN and Cor after training was significantly lower than that before training and the ratio of T/C after training was significantly higher than that before training in the EX+LBNP group(P〈0.05).Gonclusion Physical exercise,lower body negative pressure(LBNP)training and combined training of the both have different and obvious effect on blood biochemical indicators.The physical exercise combined with LBNP training may be an alternative program of aviation physiological training to im- prove the capacity of the anti-G of pilots.
