摘 要:川西地区地下情况复杂、岩性多变、多套压力系统共存,地层压力系数最高达2.15,最低为1.60~1.70。在该地区钻进时为了防止发生严重漏失等复杂情况,通常先下一层套管封住高压层,再钻低压层,其结果是钻井结束时套管被磨穿。为解决这一问题,以加快钻速,节约成本,积累压力体系复杂区域的钻井经验,在川科1井钻进过程中采用了常规钻井与液体欠平衡钻井相结合的技术方式,获得成功且效益显著。Western Sichuan Basin is characterized by complex subsurface condition, widely variable lithology, coexistence of many pressure systems, and formation-pressure coefficient reach-ing the maximum of 2.15 and the minimum of 1.60~1.70, respec-tively. In order to avoid serious lost circulation, a casing is run down to seal a high-pressure interval and then to drill a low-pres-sure interval. As a result, the casing is worn out when finishing the drilling. In this study, the technology combining conventional drill-ing and liquid underbalaneed drilling has been applied to Chuan-ke-1 well and obtained an obvious effect. This technology may in-crease ROP, save cost and accumulate experiences in drilling com-plex area with different pressure systems.
