摘　　要：模因论为冲突话语的研究提供了一个新的视角。从模因论的角度研究冲突性话语在庭审会话中的表现,试图从模因角度探讨冲突性话语的内在制约机制,推动冲突性话语研究,总结模因在冲突走向缓和过程中的意义。The theory of memetics provides a new perspective for the study of conflict talk.This paper intends to analyze the conflict talk in the courtroom,and expose the inner working of memetic mechanism on conflict talk,so that the study of conflict talk may get further promoted and the function of memetics in the process of reduced conflict may get better known.
