摘　　要：论述了土地产权市场结构和地价体系及二者相互关系。The thesis discusses the relation between land property rights market structure and land price system,emphatically analyses the constructional mode of land property rights market and land price system at the present in our country.At the same time,it points out their role and significance in developing of land property rights market in our country.
