摘　　要：目的：探讨完全腹腔镜下利用防粘连生物补片行无张力疝修补术治疗成人脐疝的可行性。方法：回顾分析使用防粘连生物补片在完全腹腔镜下为15例成人脐疝患者行无张力修补术的临床资料。结果：15例手术均顺利完成,2例局部肠粘连有症状者一并处理。住院4-7d,平均4.8d。随访6-36个月,均无复发及肠梗阻发生。结论：腹腔镜下使用防粘连生物补片行无张力疝修补术治疗成人脐疝安全、有效、微创、保脐美容,有较好的临床应用价值。Objective：The aim of present study is to investigate the feasibility of laparoscopic tension-free umbilical hernia repair with anti-adhesive bio-patch in adults.Methods：The clinical data of 15 cases of adult umbilical hernia repaired by laparoscopy with anti-adhesive bio-patch were retrospectively analyzed.Results：All operations were successfully performed.Intestinal local adhesions in 2 cases were treated in the same time.The hospital stay was 4-7d（mean 4.8d） and all patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months.No recurrence and intestinal obstruction occurred.Conclusions：Laparoscopic tension-free umbilical hernia repair with anti-adhesive bio-patch in adults is safe,effective and mini-invasive.In addition,the procedure can retain umbilicus with better cosmetic result and clinical application value.
