摘　　要：用频谱分析的观点对相移扫描莫尔的方法进行了分析，提出了该方法的付里叶描述．对变形条纹的间隔抽样能分离出莫尔条纹，但这样所得的莫尔条纹精度不高，通过多帧相移叠加能提高精度．Authors analyze the method of phase shifted scanning moire in terms of frequency spectrum.Fourier description of phase shifted scanning moire is presented.Sampling of the deformed grating produces moire patterns eliminating original grating lines.However,the precision of moire fringe with large sampling index is not high.Through superimposing of multiframe phase shifted image,the precision can be improved, and then the essence of obtaining the clear and smooth moire fringe in frequency domain is revealed.
