摘　　要：文章认为在刑事诉讼法学教学改革中案例教学法是一个关键性方法。它有利于解决改革中的一系列矛盾,展现改革的成效,适应现代教学评价机制的要求。但是,案例分析教学的开展,涉及综合性知识、理念的应用和较高的实践能力,需要我们认真对待。The reform of criminal procedure teaching method is being carried out on a large scale. During the progress of the reform, we found that case teaching is a key method to deal with the impact of reform, which makes for solving a series of contradictions, displaying the reform achievement, adapting to the requirements of modern teaching evaluation system. On the other hand, case teaching is a complex process which requires careful preparation and study, therefore we are expected to treat it seriously.
