摘　　要：在简单介绍Ｇ．７２３．１编解码算法及语音编解码协处理器ＣＴ８０２０后，给出了一种低码率声码器系统的硬件和软件设计及实现方法。After briefly describing the algorithms of coding & decoding of G.723.1 and speech co processor CT8020,the design and implementation of hardware and software for a low bit rate speech codec system are presented.Also,several problems for speech data synchronous transmitting in the design of the application system are discussed in detail.
