摘　　要：随着市场经济的发展和人民收入水平的进一步提高,旅游发展已全面升温。汕尾旅游资源丰富,区位优势明显,自然环境优越,但旅游经济及其综合发展水平长期以来在广东省都处于落后状态。要改变汕尾旅游发展落后的现状,可以实施政府主导战略,加强旅游人才的培育和引进,加大旅游宣传,确立旅游形象,提高知名度,强化服务标准和旅游功能。With the development of the market economy and the improvement of people＇s income levels, tourism has been fully heated up. However, even with the rich tourist resources, the obvious location advantages and the superior natural environment, the tourism economy in Shanwei and its comprehensive development level are backward in Guangdong Province for a long time. To change the backward status, we shall implement government-led strategy, enhance the training and the introduction of tourism personnel, increase tourism promotion, establish tourism image, increase popularity and strengthen service standards and the tourism functions.
