摘  要:大熊猫分布在秦岭、岷山、邛崃山、凉山、小相岭和大相岭等六大山系,前5大山系的大熊猫种群数量均有报道[1,2].1948年大相岭山系峨眉山的最后一只大熊猫消失后,对大相岭山系大熊猫数量知之甚少.我们于1998年4月中旬,从洪雅县的炳灵乡出发,在白沙河两...Abstract In April 1998,the authors used the road way method to investigate the Wa Mountain in Da Xiangling Mountains and reached more than 1800 meters above sea level.The authors got 22 excrement samples of Giant Panda and collected DNA to check the DNA fingerdrint and analyse the PCR.1.There are 6 Giant Pandas in Da Xingling Mountain 3 female and 3 male and 2 families.In Liuping Dagang,the mothr has been beed,only the father and his one daughters.2.DNA fingerprint method is used to investigate the quantity,the family,the sexual rate and the genetec diversity of Giant Pandas in wild field.It is useful and briefly.3.Among the 6 Mountains where Giant Pandas are distributed,the quantity in Wa Mountain is the most least.At there,the genetic diversity is very poor.The mean allelic frequenay is only 0.5422,mean heterozygous ratio is 45.78% and is the most lowest among 6 mountains,mean similarity coefficient is high to 0.7881,exceeds the maximum of family animals.4.It is extremely urgent to save the Giant Pand in Da Xiangling Mountain.
