摘　　要：针对目前高校理工科学生生产实习中存在实习团队规模过大、实习经费紧张、校外实习基地不稳定、实习时间短等问题,提出了完善实习基地建设、改革实习模式、加强实习教师的培训等办法来提高生产实习教学效果。At present,there have been some problems existing in science and technology college students’production practices, such as the practice stuff is too many, expenditure is lack,practice bases is unsteady, practicing time is short and so on. Aiming at these problems, some ideas have been suggested here to improve the practice effects.Such as improving the built of practice bases, reforming the practice modes, strengthening the training of direct teachers and so on.
