摘　　要：异丙酚具有起效快、时效短、苏醒迅速而完全等特点,已在临床广泛使用。注射引起的疼痛是其常见的不良反应,增加患者的痛苦和术后不良回忆,因而影响麻醉的平稳,增加了不安全因素。如何预防异丙酚的注射痛已成为麻醉医生关注的焦点。目前临床已采用多种方法降低、预防注射痛的发生,本文就影响异丙酚注射痛的有关因素及预防措施进行综述。Propofol is widely used with its rapid onset,short effectiveness,rapid and complete recovery characteristics. However,the injection pain as its common adverse reactions can increase the patients＇ pain and bad postoperative memories,thus affecting smooth anesthesia and increasing factors of insecurity. How to prevent the pain on injection of propofol has become the focus of the anesthesiologists. Many methods have been proposed to reduce and prevent injection pain. In this article,the relevant factors which can impact propofol injection pain and preventive measures are reviewed.
