42例膀胱内血块堵塞性尿潴留的社区急诊处理

摘　　要：目的分析膀胱冲洗治疗膀胱内血块堵塞尿潴留的疗效。方法对2003年1月至2010年5月门急诊及住院中因膀胱内血块堵塞导致尿潴留42例患者，采用膀胱冲洗或膀胱镜辅助冲洗清除膀胱内血块等处理。结果40例患者处理后顺利清除血块，尿潴留得到缓解，2例因全身情况差、出血严重而转至上级医院治疗。结论采用正确的膀胱冲洗方法辅以膀胱镜能有效清除膀胱内血块，操作简单、创伤小、恢复快、费用低，适宜在社区医院推广应用。bjective To analyze the application of the removal of the bladder urine retention caused by blood clots blocking. Method Bladder irrigation, or cystoseope were used to remove blood clots and other processing within the bladder for 42 cases of urinary retention due to intravesical blood clots blocking from the outpatient and emergency departments and the inpatient wards from January 2003 to May 2010. Results The blood clots in 40 patients,were successfully removed and the urinary retention was effectively alleviated. 2 patients were transferred to higher-level hospital because of the poor general condition and serious bleeding. Conclusion Appropriately supported by eystoscope, bladder irrigation can effectively clear the blood clots within the bladder. The simple, convenient, less invasive, quick recovery, low cost treatment method should promote in community hospitals.
