摘 要:在前人研究基础上对就地净化装置进行了改进设计,并通过实验考察了在不同电极针数、不同电极环数、不同针板间距下的电晕放电电压与净化效率关系。实验结果表明:5针双环电极的净化效率最好,针板间距为6 cm时,采用双环5针电极,在电压为-35 kV时其净化效率达最大值96.8%,净化后浓度为2.44 mg/m3,远低于国家劳动卫生部门规定的最高容许浓度。电晕等离子体就地净化装置对焊接烟尘具有较好的净化效果。The purifying device was designed and improved based on previous research.Then-through experiments the relation between the corona discharge voltage and the purifying efficien-cy was investigated at different electrode needles,different electrode-ring numbers and different needle-plate distance.The results show that 5-needle double-ring electrode has the best effi-ciency.Using 5-needle double-ring electrode,the purifying efficiency reaches its maximum value 97.9% while the needle-plate distance is 6 cm,the discharge voltage is-35 kV.The concentra-tion after purified is 0.79 mg/m^3 which is much lower than the maximal allowable concentration which national work medical department stipulated.The purifying device has the good purifica-tion effect on the welding fume.
