摘 要:通过对煤碳储存环境特点的分析,利用FLUENT软件,选择太阳辐射加载模型、化学反应模型和P-1辐射3个基本模型对70 mm厚度粉煤覆盖下煤堆内的温度分布、氧气体积分数分布变化规律进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明:该模型可以有效预测煤堆自燃的倾向性,对覆盖70 cm厚度粉煤煤堆的温度分布和氧气体积分数分布模拟结果分析可以看出,粉煤覆盖可以一定程度上抑制煤堆内的低温氧化反应,防止煤堆自燃,因此粉煤覆盖是一种新型的防治煤堆自燃的方法。Three basic models of the solar radiation loading model,the chemical reaction model and the P-1 radiation model were selected through analyzing the storage environment character-istics of coal pile.FLUENT software was exploited to do the numerical simulation of the tem-perature distribution and the mass concentration distribution of oxygen inside the coal pile cov-ered 70 cm thick small particle size of coal.The numerical simulation results show that the simulation model can predict the spontaneous combustion tendency of coal pile.Covering small particle size of coal can decrease the low-temperature oxidation reactions of coal pile to some extent by analyzing simulation results of the temperature distribution and the mass concentration distribution of oxygen inside the coal pile covered 70 cm thick small particle size of coal.So the technology of covering small particle size of coal on the coal pile is a new method of pre-venting coal pile spontaneous combustion.
