摘　　要：利用了各层回波图像间的相关系数建立预测排序树,采用了自适应算术编码实现天气雷达回波数据的无损压缩,实现了天气雷达回波数据的有效压缩。A novel lossless coding and compression algorithm for weather radar data is presented.Considering the specialty of radar data,the efficient pre-processing algorithm for the data is proposed for coordinate transformation.Then,prediction sorting trees according to the correlation between weather images is presented and an optimal waveband prediction is designed for de-correlating the redundancy.Finally,the adaptive arithmetic algorithm is used for improving the compression ratio.The experiments show that the proposed method can get high compression ratio.
