摘 要:利用数值模拟与试验研究相结合的方法分析了进气管结构对天然气发动机性能的影响。结果表明,进气过程中人字形进气管气流运动方向产生较大回转,歧管入口处产生较大涡流,导致流动损失增加,且2缸和3缸存在受相邻进气气缸抢气的现象,造成的各缸进气不均匀性可达6.69%,而谐振进气管不仅各缸的充气量高于人字形进气管,而且各缸进气不均匀性只有3%左右,采用谐振进气管时发动机动力性、经济性和排放性能得到明显改善。The influence of intake manifold structure on natural gas engine performance was studied with the simulation and experiment method. The results show that the herringbone intake manifold makes intake air flow have a large turn, which pro- duces a large swirl in the inlet of manifold and results in the increase of flow loss. In addition, the intake air flow of 2nd and 3rd cylinder is influenced by other cylinders and the intake nonuniformity between cylinders can reach 6.69%. With the resonant intake manifold, the volumetric efficiency increases, the nonuniformity between cylinders is only about 3 %and the engine pow- er performance, fuel economy and emission performance are improved.
