摘  要:目的评价聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)骨水泥对全髋置换术后深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的影响。方法实验兔16只,随机分为PMMA骨水泥组(实验组)、非骨水泥组(对照组),建立骨水泥型和非骨水泥型全髋关节置换术(THA)的动物模型,分别于术前2d、术后6h、24h、3d、7d、14d、28d采静脉血用流式细胞术,测定血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P的表达水平。结果术后血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P表达水平实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论 PMMA骨水泥促使兔血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P高表达,增加THA术后DVT形成的风险;必需时应做好围手术期的预防措施。Objective To evaluate the effect of PMMA on the expression level of CD62P and the formation of deep vein thrombosis.Methods 16 rabbits were divided into two groups randomly:PMMA cement group (experimental group),and non-cement group (control group).The animal model of total hip arthoplasty was established.Venous blood was collected two days preoperticely and six hours,24 hours,three days,seven days,14 days,28 days post-surgery.Expression of CD62P on the platelet in these sample were oberved with flow-cytometry.Results The positive rates of CD62P in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group.Conclusions PMMA bone cement may increase the expression level of platelet memebrane glycoproteins CD62P and the risk of DVT after total hip arthroplasty.Measures should be taken to prevent DVT in the peri-operative stage.
