住院麻风休养员幽门螺杆菌感染调查

摘　　要：目的调查住院麻风休养员幽门螺杆菌的感染情况。方法呆用问卷调查（自行设计）与14碳．尿素呼气试验（结果以14C．UBT≥100dpm／mmoL CO2为阳性）相结合的方法。结果住院麻风休养员幽门螺杆菌感染率为61．5％。结论住院麻风休养员HP感染率与全国平均水平相差无几，未发现该人群HP感染率低于全国平均水平，也未发现麻风型别、性别、抗麻风治疗方案、进餐方式与HP感染的差异，HP感染与是否出现上消化道症状之间也无必然关系。但在麻风病区居住时间超过30a与30a以下的麻风休养员HP感染率差异有统计学意义。Objective to investigate the infection of Helicobacter pylori among hospitalized cured lepers. Methods a combination of questionnaires （designed by ourselves） with 14C-UBT breath test （with result of 14C-UBT≥100dpm/mmoL and CO2 as positive）. Results 61.5% hospitalized cured lepers are infected with Helicobacter pylori. Conclusions The infection rate of Helicobacter pylori among hospitalized cured lepers is comparable with the national average level. Factors including lepra types, genders, anti-leprosy treatments, meal approaches and upper gastrointestinal symptoms are not associated with HP infection; However, statistical significance difference was observed in subjects hospitalized for 〉30 yeasr and 〈30 years.
