成人小肠憩室病9例误诊分析

摘　　要：目的探讨成人小肠憩室的误诊原因及诊治方法,以提高诊治水平。方法对我科2008年1月～2009年12月收治的成人小肠憩室9例临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较术前及术后诊断,归纳并发症及治疗方法。结果 9例均经手术诊断,病理均为憩室,1例粘膜胃组织异型,1例伴炎性假瘤形成。术中诊断Meckel憩室4例。结论小肠憩室主要并发症为消化道出血、肠梗阻、急性憩室炎或伴穿孔,易与其他疾病混淆,对于原因不明的急腹症,消化道出血应考虑小肠憩室,手术治疗效果好,警惕憩室恶变。Objective To approach the factor of misdiagnosis,diagnosis and treatments of small intestine diverticulum.Methods The clinical data of 9 cases of small intestine diverticulum were analyzed retrospectively from January 2008 to December 2009.A comparison between their diagnosis before operation and after operation was performed and complication,treatments were inducted.Results All patients were diagnosed by surgical treatments.Pathological examination revealed that all cases were diverticulum,1 cases had ectopic gastic tissue and 1 cases had inflammatory pseudotumor.4 cases were diagnosed Meckel＇s diverticulum.Conclusion Mainly complications of small intestine diverticulum were hemorrhage of digestive duct,intestinal obstruction.,acute diverticulitis or perforation,which were easy to confound with orther diseases.Small intestine diverticulum should be allowed for acute abdomen and hemorrhage of digestive duct.It is suggested that early operation of adult small intestine diverticulumshould be done and canceration should be watchfully.
